'AT LAST' is a stand alone family cottage at Naukuchiatal Uttarakhand. It is a family cottage which can comfortably accommodate a small family of upto five adults. It stands on the Lake Naukuchiatal and affords an out standing view of the vast expanse of the lake. We have fully furnished kitchen for those who enjoy cooking themselves. There are two bed rooms on first floor and a huge sit out. There is satelite TV on both the floors. There also is a Sound system should you want to listen your music from any auxiliary device like phone or ipod.

The ground floor has the drawing, dining kitchen and veranda. The cottage has a beautiful landscaped garden. We cater to a variety of cuisine as per your desire, Veg and Non Veg. Alcohol is not served.
So why stay in separate rooms in a hotel when you can have all comforts of home under the same roof and stay as a family.

One can have a very comfortable stay at Naukuchiatal and visit Bhimtal (5 km), Sattal (19), Nainital (27 km), Almora (73 km) and Ranikhet (74 km). One can go Paragliding, boating at the many Lakes or go trekking. There is a beautiful Aquarium at the Iceland on Bhimtal lake.

• Must carry light woolens even during summers since the weather can change suddenly.
• Taxi can be organized from Kathgodam, and to any of the locations you would want to visit.
• Swimming in lake Naukuchiatal is not advisable since it is deep.
• Drive safe by always maintaining your side and avoid overtaking on blind curves.
• The place is managed by the land lady who is an Army officer's wife. We have dedicated staff.
• No we do not cater to all male clientele.
• The Cottage is most suited for small families, Newly Weds embarking on a new life, and Couples of all ages for a quite uninterupted vacation.
• We have also had some creative minds in the past looking for quite comfort to give expression to their creative desires.
• We do not serve alcoholic drinks.

A word about the place first. Naukuchiatal is located at a distance of 24 km from Kathgodam, which is the nearest Rail head. Kathgodam is well connected by train from Delhi, Kolkata, Lucknow and Jammu. Once at Kathgodam, the route is via Bhimtal for Naukuchiatal. After getting down at Kathgodam, taxi can be organized in advance if there is prior information. One can also drive down. Please refer to the map for further clarity.
