Naukuchiatal Cottages

'AT LAST' is a stand alone family cottage at Naukuchiatal Uttarakhand. It is a family cottage which can comfortably accommodate a small family of upto five adults. It stands on the Lake Naukuchiatal and affords an out standing view of the vast expanse of the lake. We have fully furnished kitchen for those who enjoy cooking themselves. There are two bed rooms on first floor and a huge sit out. There is satelite TV on both the floors. There also is a Sound system should you want to listen your music from any auxiliary device like phone or ipod.

The ground floor has the drawing, dining kitchen and veranda. The cottage has a beautiful landscaped garden. We cater to a variety of cuisine as per your desire, Veg and Non Veg. Alcohol is not served.
So why stay in separate rooms in a hotel when you can have all comforts of home under the same roof and stay as a family.

Naukuchiatal is best known for its nine cornered lake and most of the people visit every weekend at this tranquil destination. Our village is inspired by the Tarai architecture blending local materials covered with thatched verandahs & roofs to give you the lazy charm of a Scripted village.

Naukuchiatal or the nine cornered lake is 4km further down Bhimtal. The lake is one of the most beautiful and cleanest too. Apart from the boating and fishing on the lake one can take a walk around the lake with loads of nature in form of flora and fauna to go along side you. The lake is situated at an altitude of 1200 m and has a pleasant weather all thru the year.

Naukuchiatal is a large lake. It has a flotilla of boats which are popular with visitors. Legend has it that Naukuchiya tal was created by the adroit Pandava brother Nakul firing an arrow into the earth to from the lake and its spring. Another legend says anyone who can see all nine sides of the lake at one time will be blessed with great good fortune. Parasailing facilities are available nearby but must make sure of the credentials of the group offering it along with safety measures and arrangements in case of an emergency.
