Kasauli is a small and beautiful cantonment hill station in Solan district at Himachal Pradesh, India. Kasauli is Located 77 km from Shimla, 65 km from Chandigarh and 50 km from Panchkula at a height of 1800 meters, it still retains the old world charms and is a throwback to the past. The beautiful small town Kasuali was developed by the British as a summer destination and till date it remains a secluded tourism spot. The forests of chir-pine, Himalayan oak and huge horse chestnuts surround Kasauli.

Attractions at Kasuali are Monkey Point, The highest point in Kasauli called Monkey point is just 4-km from the Kasauli bus stand. The Monkey Point commands an excellent view of the distant plains of Chandigarh region and the river Satluj, tracing a silvery trail through the scene. Few other sitesseing in Kasuli are Sanawar, Dharampur, Sabathu and Dagshai.
