Panjpulla: Just 2 km away from the town lies the 'five bridges' memorial, built in memory of Ajit Singh, one of India's well-loved freedom fighters and a brother of Shaheed Bhagat Singh. Natural water falls and streams give the spot a fitting serenity.
Jandhri Ghat (2036 m): Around half a kilometer away from the Subhash Baoli, Jandhri Ghat enfolds an elegant palace in the midst of tall pine trees. Chamba's erstwhile rulers governed from here till the advent of Lord Dalhousie. The palace houses a number of shikar trophies. Beside the palace, Jandhri Ghat offers heavenly spots for picnicking-gushing stream lets in the midst of fragrant pine-scented breezes. While the Raja is no more , the gracious Rani still lives there.

HOW TO GET THERE
Air: The nearest airport is at Pathankot which is about 2 1/2 hours driveand also at Jammu which is 4 1/2 hours drive.
Rail: The nearest railhead is Pathankot, which is well connected to Amritsar, Jammu, Delhi and Jalandhar.
Road: Onward journey from Pathankot to Chamba and Dalhousie is by road. Punjab and Himachal Roadways run services, as do private operators. A regular taxi service is also available. It costs approximately Rs.1200/- for a small taxi and a sumo will cost about Rs.2000.
